Job Summary
Supporting the instructional faculty, the part-time Assistant Faculty in Global Human Resources Management will engage with students in online classrooms, assist with grading and feedback, and help manage student communications in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on lead instructor input
- Assist in managing student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor
- Monitor student engagement levels and provide recommendations to enhance participation
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business or Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- 5 years of professional experience in a Human Resource-related role or 3 years in Human Resource Management
- Experience with diverse learning styles and effective use of technology in education
- Professional certification in a relevant discipline may be required based on course credentialing
- Some international Human Resource experience is desired for specific courses
