Job Summary
To support online undergraduate Business classes, two part-time Assistant Faculty will engage with students in remote classrooms, analyzing student activity, managing communications, and assisting with grading and feedback starting January 4th, 2027.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on input from the lead instructor
- Assist in managing student communications and escalate issues to the lead instructor as necessary
- Provide tutoring and develop supplemental support materials to enhance student engagement and success
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in business or a related discipline with relevant graduate coursework
- Previous online teaching experience required
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a Human Resource-related role or 3 years in Human Resource Management
- Professional certification in a relevant discipline may be required
- Experience working with diverse learning styles and comfortable using technology for instruction
