Job Summary
To support online undergraduate Business classes, two part-time Assistant Faculty will interact with students, manage communications, and assist with grading and engagement strategies in a remote setting starting January 4th, 2027.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on input from the lead instructor
- Assist in managing student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor
- Provide tutoring and develop supplemental support materials as directed by the lead instructor
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline with specific graduate coursework
- Previous teaching experience, particularly in an online environment
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a Human Resource-related role or 3 years in Human Resource Management
- Professional certification in the discipline specialty may be required based on course credentialing
- Experience working with diverse learning styles and using technology to facilitate learning
