Part-Time Development Associate

Job Summary

To support a vibrant nonprofit mission, the part-time Development Associate will develop and execute fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and manage development activities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to increase donations and funding opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring high levels of engagement
• Collaborate on annual fundraising campaigns and manage donor records using the organization's CRM system

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grant writing experience
• Understanding of Jewish culture, values, and community dynamics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
