Part-Time Faculty in International Business

Job Summary

To foster an engaging learning environment, the part-time Faculty in International Business will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses remotely, manage student interactions, and serve as subject matter experts while maintaining flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate undergraduate and/or graduate courses, including hosting live lectures and engaging with students through discussion boards
• Provide timely feedback on student submissions and conduct outreach to assist struggling students
• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum maintenance and participate in faculty development opportunities

Required qualifications

• Possess a terminal or master's degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Have a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline or related field
• Demonstrate experience teaching at the college/university level (preferred)
• Possess strong knowledge of academic processes and basic computer skills
• Provide own equipment, including a computer, reliable internet access, and relevant software
