Part-Time Leadership Coach
Job Summary
To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time Substitute Leadership Coach will facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs for college students, working remotely in one of the designated states and committing to approximately 6 hours per week, primarily during evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs in the absence of regular Leadership Coaches
- Prepare for sessions by collaborating with the Braven team and practicing the curriculum independently
- Attend training sessions to develop the necessary skills for effective facilitation and engagement with Fellows
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching, facilitation, or public speaking
- Familiarity with Zoom and virtual facilitation techniques
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to Braven's mission and values
- Availability during specified high-need times for virtual Learning Labs
