Part-Time NOC Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Network Operations Center, the part-time NOC Analyst I will monitor and maintain network and system performance during weekend and evening shifts, ensuring optimal uptime and addressing issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance using various tools and software
- Identify and troubleshoot network and system issues, escalating as necessary
- Perform basic system and network configurations and deployments
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with network and system monitoring tools; familiarity with ConnectWise Ticketing, OpenDNS, Kaseya VSA, and PRTG is a plus
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching
- Basic understanding of server and operating system concepts, including Windows and Linux
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
