Part-Time OSH Faculty

Job Summary

To support student learning in safety and health disciplines, the part-time OSH Faculty will teach undergraduate courses remotely, engage with students through various communication methods, and provide timely feedback on assignments while adhering to university guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses and facilitate engaging learning experiences for students
• Conduct weekly outreach to students and respond to inquiries within 48 hours
• Serve as a subject matter expert to assist with curriculum maintenance and course rigor

Required qualifications

• Possess a terminal degree or master's degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• At least two years of experience in the teaching discipline for undergraduate courses
• Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Blackboard Learning Management System
• Reliable internet access with sufficient speed to perform job responsibilities
