Part-Time Recruiter
Job Summary
To support ongoing recruiting efforts, the part-time Full-Cycle Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, averaging 20 hours per week remotely, by sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls, and preparing documentation for submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned positions throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate submission and hiring support
- Source qualified candidates using various recruiting resources and develop targeted Boolean searches
- Conduct candidate screening calls and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools for candidate sourcing
- Ability to develop and refine Boolean searches based on position requirements
- Experience supporting federal government contracting or cleared recruiting preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Point
