Part-Time Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the part-time Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire qualified talent in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition approval to onboarding coordination
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract candidates and present qualified individuals to hiring managers
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably across multiple functions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Breezy HR or similar platforms
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple searches effectively
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
