Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time Retention Representative will work remotely to retain business clients and educate customers on the value of their Vehicle Service Contracts, focusing on achieving retention goals and overcoming customer objections during calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals
- Negotiate solutions and reinforce the value of Vehicle Service Contracts to retain customers
- Manage customer relationships and address concerns to maintain ongoing contracts
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 3-5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management
- Background in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership is a plus
- Call center or inside sales experience required
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across CRM platforms
