Job Summary

Providing professional support to participants with benefit-related inquiries, the full-time Participant Benefits Services Specialist will assist primarily through inbound calls in a fully remote environment, ensuring participants understand their plan provisions and complete necessary transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants with questions regarding their benefits and applicable plan provisions
• Respond to participant inquiries through inbound and occasional outbound calls, providing clear and accurate information
• Document participant interactions and complete transactions while following established procedures

Required qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and processes
• Experience with defined benefit pension plans or previous benefits administration experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable home internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
• Availability to work scheduled hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday
