Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of retirement plan participant experiences, the full-time remote Participant Experience Specialist will collaborate with various teams to enhance engagement, education, and outcomes for participants through data-driven initiatives and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve participant experience strategies to improve outcomes and support business goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance participant services, communications, and tools
- Measure and analyze participant and plan performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry or related fields
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business improvements
- Knowledge of defined contribution retirement plans and participant behavior trends
- Experience developing participant education and marketing campaigns
