Participant Recruitment Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance clinical trial delivery, the full-time remote Participant Recruitment Operations Manager will oversee the centralized patient recruitment function and call center operations, translating enrollment requirements into actionable goals while managing a remote team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the participant recruitment call center, ensuring performance meets established goals
• Translate study enrollment targets into recruitment goals and build study-level recruitment funnel forecasts to support enrollment timelines
• Monitor funnel performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to optimize recruitment processes and participant experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three or more years of leadership experience in patient recruitment, call center operations, or clinical research
• Proven experience managing centralized recruitment operations and interpreting operational data
• Strong understanding of call center metrics, lead management workflows, and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop remote teams effectively across multiple time zones
