Partner Enablement Program Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Partner Enablement Program Manager, the candidate will build and manage the ElevenLabs partner academy, creating curricula for systems integrators and technology partners, while aiming to certify over 10,000 partner professionals by 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Develop curricula for partner sellers, pre-sales, and implementation engineers, including courses and assessments
- Transform expert knowledge from teams into a comprehensive online academy and manage the certification program
- Oversee program administration, including learning platforms, partner onboarding, and reporting
Required qualifications
- Experience in building enablement or training programs for partners or technical teams
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate effectively with both technical and commercial audiences
- Strong instructional design skills to create clear courses and assessments
- Experience managing programs end to end, including timelines and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in automation and creating tools to streamline processes
