Partner Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of impactful fundraising communications, the full-time remote Partner Engagement Manager will manage donor engagement events, create compelling visual assets, and drive seasonal giving campaigns to enhance partner relationships and support fundraising efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for donor cultivation and stewardship events, ensuring engagement and fundraising objectives are met
• Develop and maintain a library of visual and narrative fundraising assets that effectively communicate CodePath's impact
• Lead end-of-year giving campaigns, optimizing performance through data analysis and targeted outreach

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in external communications and/or event planning, particularly with institutional or corporate funders
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create efficient workflows or assets
• Strong visual design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
• Ability to translate data and narratives into compelling visual storytelling
• Proven project management skills, capable of leading complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomy
