Partner Experience Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing partner ecosystem, the remote Partner Experience Specialist will manage the development of partner-facing content, drive engagement programs, and enhance overall partner experience while thriving in a high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build out the Partner engagement lifecycle as part of Cribl's Partner Program
- Drive programs and policies to scale various partnerships, including Resale, MSP, and Technology Alliances
- Develop collateral and onboarding tools to improve partner communication and experience
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing within the data security and IT sectors
- 3-5 years of experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing
- Familiarity with Salesforce and PRM systems or similar tools
- Ability to formulate a partnership vision and execution plan
- BA/BS degree; MBA or Master's degree from a top university is a plus
