Partner Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical contact for partners, the full-time remote Partner Integration Engineer will manage the integration journey from initial discussions to stable production connections, translating technical requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with partners to define integration scope, approach, and risks
- Translate integration requirements and timelines between technical and non-technical audiences
- Validate integrations through testing and support customers during the launch and stabilization phases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, integration engineering, or related roles with external customers
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, data formats, and integration patterns
- SQL proficiency for data investigation and troubleshooting
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience writing clear technical documentation
