Partner Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of partner relationships, the full-time contract Partner Manager will support high-potential services partners through a structured onboarding program while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and onboard partners referred by sales leaders, determining their readiness for the program
• Guide accepted partners through a 45-day certification and deployment process, tracking progress and recommending next steps
• Maintain communication with a light-touch pool of partners, providing updates and resources while monitoring their readiness for advancement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of partner management experience, preferably with consulting firms or systems integrators
• Proficiency in managing multiple partners using structured playbooks and maintaining organized Salesforce records
• Expertise in Slack for daily coordination and communication with partners and internal teams
• Strong writing skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to partner leaders
• Hands-on experience using AI tools on a daily basis
