Partner Manager, AI Ecosystems
Job Summary
To drive strategic partnerships within the emerging AI ecosystem, the full-time Partner Manager, AI Ecosystems will identify and recruit platforms, negotiate partnership terms, and collaborate with the Product team to ensure successful technical integrations, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize existing integrations with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to enhance discoverability and engagement
- Identify and prioritize potential AI builder platforms for partnerships, assessing technical feasibility and distribution potential
- Manage the entire partner relationship lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation, and integration delivery
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem roles, preferably with developer tools or marketplace products
- Proven track record of successfully listing and adopting products within platform ecosystems such as app stores or integration directories
- Strong technical fluency, including understanding API documentation and engaging in technical discussions with engineers
- Experience in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, including revenue share and co-marketing deals
- Understanding of product-led growth strategies and experience working with small business-focused platforms
