Partner Manager for SIs
Job Summary
To build a successful partner program, the remote Partner Manager for SIs will manage the recruitment and enablement of Systems Integrator partners, focusing on generating pipeline and customer value while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build the SI program from the ground up, defining partner engagement strategies
- Find and qualify partners quickly, prioritizing those with the most potential
- Recruit and enable core partners to integrate Hex into their client work and drive successful implementations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven ability to build a partner program from scratch and generate pipeline and revenue through partnerships
- Strong understanding of how SIs operate and their commitment to technology
- Commercially savvy with the ability to prioritize effectively among potential partners
- Experience in the data and analytics space or relationships in the cloud and data platform ecosystems is a plus
