Partner Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Partner Operations Analyst will monitor partner performance, build scorecards and dashboards, and support dispute workflows to ensure accountability among external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assess partner operational output against key metrics and conduct investigations into performance deviations
• Build and maintain partner scorecards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into partner health
• Support dispute, credit, and escalation workflows with necessary data and analysis to reduce backlog

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or at a startup
• Strong investigative and analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data sets
• Proficiency with data assessment tools such as Excel, SQL, or dashboard/BI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Knowledge of customer service and dispute practices, preferably in the Fintech/Travel sectors
