Partner Operations Director

Job Summary

To drive predictable partner-influenced revenue growth, the full-time remote Partner GTM Programs & Operations Director will design and execute partner operations strategies, build operational frameworks, and lead cross-functional initiatives within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement partner operations strategies aligned with revenue targets across various partner segments
• Lead quarterly business reviews and planning processes to ensure partner contributions to pipeline and revenue
• Create dashboards and performance tracking systems to measure partner-sourced revenue and deal velocity

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in GTM operations, programs, and strategic planning for Partnerships organizations
• Background in management consulting or corporate strategy with a focus on operational execution
• Expertise in leading cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Proven ability to build reporting frameworks and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in designing operational playbooks in fast-changing environments
