Job Summary
Owning the business relationships and contractual performance of CrossFit Education partners, the full-time Partner Programs Manager will lead partner negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and finalize partner agreements, managing contract amendments, renewals, and exits
- Serve as the primary contact for partner engagement, maintaining strong relationships and resolving concerns
- Track partner commitments and performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and address issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or contract administration
- Demonstrated experience negotiating agreements and managing external partner relationships
- Experience tracking contractual obligations and program performance
- Familiarity with the CrossFit ecosystem and educational programs preferred
