Required qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in higher education enrollment management and financial aid operations
- Proven experience managing external B2B client or partner relationships end to end
- Comfort using AI tools to create client-facing dashboards and reports independently
- Strong executive-level communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders
