Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

To support the mission of credential and skill transparency, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will manage projects, develop relationships with partners, and facilitate collaboration to enhance the use of open data in education and workforce sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advance partner success by managing projects and specialized working groups to identify opportunities for Credential Engine's technologies and services
• Articulate clear use cases for credential and skill transparency across various educational and workforce development sectors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with education and training providers, state and regional agencies, and workforce organizations

Required qualifications

• Direct experience working with K-12, higher education, or workforce development agencies
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and external partnerships, particularly in multi-agency collaborations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience with state government and/or workforce development data systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
