Job Summary
Working remotely while supporting a large urban school district in Miami, Florida, the full-time Partner Success Manager will manage partner relationships, guide onboarding and adoption, and drive family engagement to optimize the use of the TalkingPoints platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture impactful relationships with school and district partners to align their goals with TalkingPoints' best practices
- Guide onboarding and product adoption for new partners, collaborating with the Data Integration Team
- Monitor partner family engagement trends and strategize for partner health, renewal, and retention
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an account management role within a technology company
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to meet the language needs of the community
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and collaboration platforms like Slack and Zoom
- Background in K-12 education with a focus on underserved populations
- Ability to be onsite regularly at district offices and school campuses in the Miami area
