Partner Success Specialist
Job Summary
Driving Microsoft 365 Copilot trial adoption, the remote Partner Success Specialist will engage CSP partners and resellers in Thailand, enabling customer trial activation, accelerating adoption, and supporting trial-to-paid conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage CSP partners and resellers through various sessions and deliver enablement on trial offers and activation processes
- Support partners with customer qualification, trial setup, and monitor trial progress to resolve activation blockers
- Manage reseller and customer pipelines, ensuring CRM accuracy and tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in partner development, inside sales, customer success, channel management, or program operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience managing pipelines and outbound engagement activities
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
