Job Summary
As the Partner Technical Manager for North America, the full-time remote position will manage technical relationships with System Integrators, build a certification program, and deliver training to ensure successful Medius implementations across diverse markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with SI partners, addressing integration architecture and implementation challenges
- Build and run a certification program for SI integrations, defining standards and conducting assessments
- Deliver technical training through the Medius Partner Academy, translating complex product knowledge into usable sessions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a technical role such as professional services, implementation consulting, or technical enablement
- Hands-on experience with ERP integrations or AP/finance technology
- Ability to work effectively with SI partners and deliver technical training and documentation
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both integration developers and delivery leads
- Based in North America, with flexibility for time zone coordination and travel for partner engagements
