Partnership Activation Coordinator

Job Summary

Experienced in the poker industry, the full-time remote Partnership Activation Coordinator will manage ambassador and affiliate operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and support content-driven initiatives to ensure successful partnership activations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for ambassadors and affiliates, managing requests and ensuring timely deliverables
• Coordinate reporting on ambassador performance and track activation progress to improve workflows
• Support digital and in-person creator events, including tournament coordination and promotional activations

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of poker and familiarity with the poker community and content creators
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and streamline tasks
• Effective written communication skills for professional interactions with partners and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and drive projects to completion
