Partnership Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive ASU Partnership Project Manager, this part-time independent contractor role will manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables related to InStride's partnership with Arizona State University, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders and maintaining clear documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ASU Partnership Projects by managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables while surfacing risks or blockers
• Drive Cross-Functional Coordination to connect stakeholders and maintain visibility into project progress across workstreams
• Manage Meetings and Follow-Through by preparing agendas, documenting key decisions, and ensuring commitments are completed

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a similar role involving complex initiatives
• Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience with project documentation and tracking tools such as Asana, Confluence, or Salesforce
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in higher education or education technology is a plus but not required
