Partnerships Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Partnerships team remotely, the full-time Partnerships Account Manager will ensure an exceptional patient and referral source experience by educating stakeholders, optimizing operational processes, and managing data integrity to facilitate access to mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure consistent performance across teams
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes related to patient admissions and care to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data requirements and ensure a seamless referral experience for patients and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Healthcare
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or data-entry-focused role, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume workflows
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
