Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Managing partner relationships, the remote contract Partnerships Manager will coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets while ensuring partner success and operational efficiency within the partnerships program.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain partner relationships, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met
• Onboard new partnerships and pitch new creator affiliates while managing existing affiliates in the Impact platform
• Document processes and maintain clear records of partnerships to facilitate program scalability

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or creator management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with outreach and pitching, including handling rejections gracefully
• Familiarity with Impact or similar affiliate platforms and comfort with performance data
• Good judgment in determining when to seek assistance or manage tasks independently
