Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Patent Attorney Licensed in the US, this role focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the cellular and wireless communications sectors, offering significant responsibility and direct client interaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications related to wireless communications and cellular technologies
• Coordinate foreign patent prosecution and collaborate with international counsel on global patent portfolios
• Analyze complex disclosures and develop effective patent prosecution strategies while managing an active docket independently

Required qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; law school transcript required
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline
• Approximately 2-5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience, preferably with knowledge of cellular and wireless technologies
• Excellent patent drafting and technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear patent claims
