Pathology Medical Transcriptionist
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Pathology Medical Transcriptionist will utilize PowerPath systems to produce pathology reports in a fast-paced remote environment, ensuring a turnaround time of 1-2 hours.
Key responsibilities
- Produce accurate pathology reports including gross, finals, bone marrow, and synoptics
- Maintain a turnaround time of 1-2 hours for report completion
- Work independently while adhering to client specifications and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pathology transcription
- Proficient in using PowerPath online pathology systems
- Strong computer skills with a PC running Microsoft Windows 11 and adequate specifications
- Ability to work Monday through Friday between 10 am - 6:30 pm CDT/11 am - 7:30 pm EDT
- Experience with high-speed internet connections (no dial-up or satellite)
