Patient Access Case Manager

Job Summary

Guiding patients through the access and reimbursement process, the remote Patient Access Case Manager will coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure seamless access to innovative DME devices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance companies regarding access and reimbursement for the DME device
• Guide internal teams through the reimbursement process, providing support and education on insurance coverage and prior authorization
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation while identifying and addressing access or reimbursement challenges

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, healthcare, or marketing fields preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare sector (pharmaceutical and medical device)
• Minimum of 2+ years in medical device reimbursement involving DME products
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Strong analytical abilities
