Patient Access Navigator

Job Summary

To support revenue cycle operations, the full-time Patient Access Navigator will perform administrative and financial-clearance duties, including collecting patient information, scheduling services, and managing referrals, all in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Obtaining accurate demographic and financial information from patients and scheduling appointments efficiently
• Supporting inbound and outbound call volume while maintaining high standards of customer service and achieving departmental KPIs
• Utilizing information systems to generate patient estimates and manage pre-registrations and referrals

Required qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in insurance, managed care, or hospital registration setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing guidelines, and Epic system
• Ability to work in a complex environment with frequent changes
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
