Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders and vendors to create strategic operational plans that enhance patient access
- Support new acquisitions and improve patient and caregiver satisfaction across all regions
- Monitor technology trends and act as a change agent to inspire innovative solutions in patient access
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 7 years of experience in a Patient Access related field
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership or managerial experience
- Proven track record in developing automation services and solutions
- Solid technical background with experience in EPIC and proficiency in Excel
