Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

To facilitate patient admissions, the full-time Patient Access Representative will manage scheduling, registration, and financial clearance processes while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient scheduling, registration, and benefit verification
• Ensure accurate patient data is collected and entered into the system
• Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines and assist with pre-visit collections

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• 1-3 years of clerical and customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance plans preferred
• Proficient with computer systems and 10-key calculator
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
