Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

To support patient engagement and access, the full-time Patient Access Representative will manage scheduling, registration, benefit verification, and financial clearance for patients in a remote environment while ensuring accurate patient data entry.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient scheduling, registration, and financial clearance processes
• Verify patient benefits and ensure compliance with insurance and Medicare guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide exceptional customer service

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma required; some college education preferred
• 1-3 years of clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance plans
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer systems and a 10-key calculator
