Job Summary

Providing essential support to patients and families, the full-time Patient Access Representative will manage patient registration, admission, and scheduling tasks while working remotely in a day shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with registration and scheduling, resolving inquiries and issues as per established policies
• Support the Revenue Cycle by ensuring accurate data entry and documentation compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety by adhering to HIPAA regulations and identifying special needs during patient interactions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
