Job Summary
To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time Patient Access Scheduler will pre-register and schedule appointments, direct calls, and assist patients in navigating the healthcare system while working remotely with a flexible schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings.
Key responsibilities
- Pre-registers and schedules patient appointments for assigned services in a courteous manner
- Directs calls to appropriate areas for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
- Acts as the first point of contact for patients, facilitating empathetic solutions and navigating the healthcare system
Required qualifications
- 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
