Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Patient Access Scheduler III will manage complex clinical scheduling, coordinate imaging services, and facilitate communication among patients, providers, and clinical teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Professionally performs imaging scheduling functions via phone and computer, accurately supporting orders from providers
• Effectively manages multiple telephone lines to meet customer needs and performance standards
• Provides complex care coordination scheduling for multiple modalities and locations while utilizing information systems

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of complex clinical scheduling experience
