Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Patient Access Scheduler III will coordinate imaging services, manage scheduling functions, and facilitate communication with patients and providers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Professionally performs imaging scheduling functions via phone and computer, accurately supporting orders from providers
• Effectively manages multiple telephone lines to ensure customer needs and performance standards are met
• Provides complex care coordination scheduling for multiple modalities, accurately utilizing and documenting within all information systems

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of complex clinical scheduling experience
