Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time or full-time Patient Access Scheduler will pre-register and schedule appointments, direct calls, and assist patients in navigating the healthcare system while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments with appropriate providers in a courteous manner
• Direct calls to the appropriate area for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic solutions and assistance

Required qualifications

• 2 years in a direct customer-facing sales or service setting
