Job Summary

To enhance patient experience, the full-time Patient Access Specialist will manage patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate patient registration and appointment scheduling efficiently
• Verify insurance information and communicate coverage details to patients
• Assist patients with inquiries and provide information regarding services offered

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting or patient access role is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts
