Job Summary

Providing advanced services to patients and healthcare providers, the fully remote Patient Access Specialist will manage billing and coding support, claims assistance, and prior authorization tracking while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced services including billing support, claims tracking, and prior authorization assistance
• Establish expertise on payer trends and report reimbursement issues to management
• Coordinate with internal and external providers to ensure compliance with program policies and service level agreements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in customer service, medical billing, or healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
• Advanced customer service and organizational skills
