To enhance patient experience, the full-time Patient Access Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration processes
• Verify insurance information and assist with pre-authorization requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
• Experience in a patient access or healthcare-related role preferred

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
