Patient Account Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the patient experience, the full-time Patient Account Analyst will work remotely to address patient inquiries regarding registration, billing, and collections, while also posting payments and resolving account questions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients to address questions related to registration, billing, and collections
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts
• Resolve any questions or issues regarding patient accounts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collections
