Job Summary

To enhance the patient experience, the full-time remote Patient Account Analyst will manage patient inquiries regarding registration, billing, and collections while posting payments, adjustments, and denials to accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact patients to address questions about hospital and physician billing
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts accurately
• Resolve billing inquiries to improve overall patient satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collections
